if Rafa left us,then as has been said, in this Country apart from the others in the top 4 none of the managers would be good enough.
Abroad, the options have narrowed over the years, Capello certainly does not seem to have that aura he had a while back. Maybe the Sevilla coach, Koeman or Rijkaard? and that Houllier guy seems to be doing well at Lyon!
Lippi would be a good shout as would maybe Hiddink (tax dodger!)

He has been taking English lessons for the past year or so, and its known also in footballing circles that he wants to manage in England.
Have a feeling he will be the chavs next manager.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

        * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Yes an ex-scum, but also a scouser and a former kopite.
