Its THIS SIMPLE. We have many chances, we don't, can't score. They have one chance and take it. Until we improve our attacking play in the final third we will never win the league.
I feel like a parrot as I have typed this very same thing so many times this season. We don't know how to attack as well as Utd and the Chavs.
Its not just the fault of the attackers, its the tactics and down to the coaching staff. We have had so many attackers since Rafa took over and I don't think any of them have got into double figures in the league. Cisse, Baros, Moro, Fowler, Bellamy, Kuyt, am I forgetting any?
It cant be just coincidence that all of these strikers werent proflific surely?

That's not why we lost it. We lost it because the ****ing scum were plain lucky. They offered nothing in the second half until that free kick and we concede. Yes we should score with the amount of chances we have but Van Der Sar had a great save from Crouch's effort. What could we do ... And Bellers goal should have been given.Originally posted by cumbriankop View Postaurelio on and bellamy off, thats where we lost it. they were scared of us, bellamy especially, and we took him off and gave them room, then going to 1 up front.... please
they (man u)werent not playing well as sky are trying to make out, they were just dull and were trying to hold on for a draw
absolutely f***ing devastated

I AM going to say I told you so. I've been saying it all season. Crouch and Bellamy's finishing is not good enough for LFC. Bellamy worked hard today (and was our 2nd best player behind Jamie) but when it really mattered his final ball to Kuyt and his and Crouch's finishing wasn't good enough. That's the difference between success and failure at the top level.Originally posted by SCOUSERTOMMY View Postwill take some stick for this but the difference once again is peter crouch cant finish and is not good enough for liverpool. dont give me any bull**** about it being a great save from van der sar that ball should of been in the back of the net with a header.
