BTW DJS are you so insecure that you need to belittle people? Textbook psychology.
Nowt to do with security, if someone posts ****e, i tell them, and if someone says the same to me, i dont care or cry about it.

Sometimes i wonder how some of you lot leave your houses in the morning, if a bit of 'laughter at your opinion' upsets you so much.

Funny, cos Man Utd seem to manage it.
This is the one thing about our style of play that has been really pissing me off this season. As you say, cross from deep or the byline, if nobody is in the box then the chances of scoring are minimal.

At least 3 or 4 times from the right side of midfield in the 1st half alone, we had crosses put early into the box at the back post with nobody there!
Then when Bellers did get to the byline 'that' happened.

Surely if we get all the players into an attacking mode, we can do what Utd do and get 6 players rushing forward at speed, playing neat little one-two's through the middle, or using width and whipping crosses in for 4 or 5 attacking players into the box to meet up with.

Even with 6 players attacking in the box, we could still keep a solid back 4 line and a goalkeeper/sweeper that Reina is to defend any counter attack?

I dont think so. Si I am a hyprocrit for not coming to you rescue?. Please.

Dont need 6 men in the box. Just need the WINGERS to get past the full back and put the crosses in, instead of the strikers going wide to put crosses in.

Then, we need one CM to get into the box, meaning we'd have 2 strikers and one attacking midfielder in the box. Possibly the winger on the OTHER side getting close to the far post too. Meaning we'd have maybe 4 players in the box waiting for the cross. Instead of the one or, often at most, TWO players in the box. It's not complicated really.

Laguhing at someone elses opinion, unless it was meant as genuinely to funny. Is a sign of insecurity, Speedy is right. Especialy when it is repeated so frequently.

Not at all, i couldnt give a **** about people having a pop. Difference is, you're on your high horse, but you only do it when it suits you.

I dont need you coming to my rescue, i can defend my own opinions thanks.

Just found it odd that, in your self-appointed role of forum knight in shining armour, you seem to be quite selective about who you defend and who you dont.

As i said, seems quite hypocritical to me...but as you were, i dont wanna change the type of person you are.

If someone posts something that is completely absurd, i DO find it genuinely funny. Whether it was meant that way, or not.

Whatever you decide to call me, as a result of this, doesnt bother me in the slightest.

Mind you, if i was insecure, i'd be mighty gutted about what people said about me...

Aye, this was the other point. Everytime i see Bellers or Kuyt on the touchline trying to get a cross in, i'm thinking "you should be the one in the box on the end of this cross. You are supposed to be the guys getting the goals not getting the assists"?

Ti's all very confusing as to know what instructions the gaffa has given them?

Never really seen him play. If he is better than Lennon as you've suggested, then i'd be surprised not to see the big guns circling before too long.

You and your Giles Barnes fixation.

I've seen him a few times - he looks a really good prospect - but I've never been convinced he's an orthodox right 'winger'. He looks a central midfielder to me, capable of playing on the right too. A bit like Gerrard, if you will.

I know a good few Derby fans and they love him - although they do reckon the hype thus far is a touch over the top.

I dont suggest they should NEVER be out wide, it can be a useful asset when they do this.

But when it DOES happen, a CM should recognise the need to back up the other striker, by getting his backside into the box. What OURS do, is look on from 30 yards further back, hoping the ONE striker in the box can beat the 4 defenders to the ball. It's woeful.
