Better than the Austrians?Originally posted by kendoddsdadsdogsdead View PostGerman with a Ukraine accent is pretty intense. Sounds better than most Saxons though.
I always preferred the Alsation myself.

I've only seen him play 4/5 times but from those game you can tell this lad is going to be a special player. He gets forward whenever possible and has great delivery on crosses and unlike many modern left backs he is as good defensively as he is going forward. Also he would finally give us good delivary from set pieces.Originally posted by keniget View PostWhy?
He is probably off to man u anyways but i would have loved to see him play for us.

Bayern is the most distinctive German accent and dialect, called Bayerisch. On men it sounds like someone being sick whilst eating pebbles, but on women it is strangely hypnotic. Bayern München simply means Bavaria Munich, which makes perfect sense when you know that the rest of Germany considers Bavaria to be a separate country.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View PostIs Bayern an accent then? In the same way that 'Chinky' is a Chinese person but also a type of food - Bayern is an accent and also a prefix of the name of Munich's football team?
What does Bayern Munchen translate as, literally?
Franconian tongue twister
Bou dou dein Rollolodn rorolln loun.
