I think I'll have to take a fortnight off work so I can get absolutely smashed.

I think I will feel a bit empty after I have celebrated of course. We have been chasing the holy grail for 17 years and it will be at least 18 years when we win it and maybe even 19,20 or 21 years. The long wait means the pursuit is difference than for the Mancs and given the history it will be different than Roman coming and buying the title in an arrogant fashion.

I will feel empty and probably miss the chase and the frustrations and all that.

              I know, I know
              * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

It is the only thing we've not won in my Adult drinking life. Therefore, I shall get drunk.

Yep And also a loss of that superiorness I sometimes feel knowing I've seen us win it so many times and so many folk I know haven't

                          Indeed!

Lets hope it doesn't take more than 26 years...

It'll be great but Istanbul will still surpass it IMO.

After puking my guts out in the ladies' room at Scallywags (a tradition started after Istanbul), me and a few dozen other of the lads will have a parade with my replica Premiership trophy right down the middle of Yonge St, in the heart of Toronto.

It will do Torontians good to see a championship parade since their own favorite sons, the Maple Leafs of the NHL, haven't won their league title since 1967! This is in spite of the fact that the top 16 teams make the playoffs, and all have a decent crack at it.
