    Anfield Crowd...

Is it me, or does the home support (in Premiership games), get worse by the week??!!

It's so queit at times, it's embarrasing!

When away teams are singing songs like "4-1 and you still don't sing" & "Your supposed to be at home" (and this wasn't just yesterday... I've heard this a few times now, this season), something is wrong!

There's nothing better than the "Anfield Atmosphere" when it's there, but it is just so quiet lately.

On a plus note, I did like the Peter Crouch song yesterday...

"He's big - he's Red, his feet stick out of bed - Peter Crouch... Peter Crouch"

Only because their fans sang for most of the game

it was quiet at times, but I think that was due to the fact Arsenal had given up by halftime, we were on cruise control and it was an early kickoff. If there was a lot more at stake or if the Real Arsenal had turned up then the atmos would have been better.

The atmosphere is not always very good at lunch time kick-offs. It had a bit of an end of season feel to it.

                It's cos I wasn't there that's all.

After the last 2 Arsenal games I went to it's clear I should never go to watch them play Liverpool.

There were 2 good moments yesterday, for both sets of fans.

They were singing "Stand up if you've got a job" and the Kop responded with a great rendition of "We won it 5 times".

Then they started singing at 3-0 "We're gonna win 4-3, we're gonna win 4-3.". We responded with "We're gonna win 4-1, we're gonna win 4-1" (well we were right ). Then they won that little battle with "We're gonna win 6-3, we're gonna win 6-3" bringing up the league cup scoreline.

                    I had a laugh both times. :P

It was 'You're going to win **** all' (not us win 4-1), but yes, very funny!

this is not a very good excuse , because the Chelsea game at home was a lunch time game and the atmosphere was immense.

The game meant **** all which is why there was no atmosphere, usually when we play Arsenal there is something at stake, we were thinking about Tuesday.

They were singing "Anfield library" at one stage.

Ironic of course, but they weren't wrong...

Ahh yeah, I can see how "**** all" can be misunderstood for "four one".

Although way to ruin us being right then.
