Staunton was a better left back . JAR has had a few **** games this season where he seemed more concerned about how he looked than how he played , but over the course of his Anfield career you have to give him his dues . He always gets you excited when the ball comes his way 30 yards out .

OK so his defending isn't exactly world class [/COLOR](although he is solid enough) but how many times have we seen him score goals like the one tonight. We'll be talking about him for years to come you mark my words!

Definitely need to sing his song more than we do...
