Just was having a look at a great site....www.koptalk.com( like ****) nah this one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liverpool_F.C._Reserves has some great info on our ressies and academy. check out how many players have made the grade, only 2 since 2000!

interesting that none of the above have had any success(everton success doesnt count) and Keith burkinshaw, wtf??

Paul Dalglish is with Houston Dynamos in the MLS. He lead them to the title last season. It shows that if you can't make it at Anfield, you wont make it anyhwere else.
I can see this trend continuing at LFC unless the young lads really improve.
Tbh I can't see when the next Carragher or Gerrard is gonna make the grade.
Our ressies team is mediocre so it does not help.

I agree mate, there's some promising yongsters in the squad, but nobody really outstanding, which is quite sad considering we're supposed to have this wonderful academy

yeh lots of money spent on it and we can't even muster one good player to make the grade up to the 1st team.
Explains why Rafa been signing loads young foreign lads.

Someone did. Think he's of to Norwich in the summer.

Think Kevin Nolan has done well since leaving us. David Thompson got into the England squad after leaving us too, but he had played a fair few games in our first team before leaving.

I saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
