You can always tell how good a keeper is from how the defenders in front of him behave, and our lads seem 100% confident in him - which is enough for me.

yep Reina has fantastic mental strength and hopefully one of his punches knocks out Gary neville he will be elavated to god like adulation

Top quality keeper. He does and will continue to make errors, but that is due to inexperience. Alot of his game is based on sweeping and he's bound to mess up now and again. Started poorly this season like EVERY player in a red shirt but has improved vastly as the season went on.

I think from the first defeat to the mancs onwards he has been top class. To think people were calling for his head and asking him to be dropped.

Form is temporary, class is permanent.

Best thing about Reina is his concentration. Many games he had nothing to do but when he had to make a big save he managed. It says a lot about keepers if they got notin' to do the whole match but can still be trusted to make a save and win a game.
He will finish as the top keeper with clean sheets this season. He's got 20 so far and wont be caught by Howard who has a mere 13.

I think he is mentally head and shoulders above the other keepers we have had in recent years. The way he has come back from his early season gaffs has been the exact opposite of what has happened to keepers like James and Dudek and he deserves a lot of praise for that.

I was very impressed with the interview he gave after the Cup Final when he refused to accept Garth Crooks ( :whatever: ) gushing praising him as a hero for his shootout saves. He was well pissed off with his performance in the game itself and said so clearly - he's always looking to improve his game.

A very consistent keeper, has the odd brainfart but then every goalie does.

What's fantastic is that he is so young and if he wanted to could potentially be our #1 for the next 10 years.

I would suggest the clean sheet record does owe a bit to the great back 4 that has played ahead of him (pick any 5 from Sami, Agger, Carra, Finnan and Riise) and Rafa's solid team ethic. Unfortunately it's also corresponded with some pretty dire football at times.
