I might fly back to Vancouver to see me mates & go to the same pub we went to when we won # 5.

Redscouser, wher are you from? I live in Victoria.

However, I will be in Athens for the game as I was one of the lucky sods that hit the UEFA Lottery.

          I'll be there

Lads, if you fancy an alternative route to Athens come via Cyprus. A return to Cyprus should cost no more than 200 quid and a return to Athens out of Cyprus costs around 100 quid.

Never ever went to a match, would dearly love to go to Athens but from where I am, it will cost one year worth of salary !

A United fan at work insists they will beat us 3-0 in the final. I told him he was one chicken short of an idiot.
Remember, we're only adding to the nonsense.

Walking a lonely road one night, Nasruddin saw riders approaching. His imagination ran riot: he saw himself robbed or killed, so he climbed a wall into a graveyard and hid. Puzzled at his behaviour, the riders, who were followers of the Mullah, followed. Finding him cowering behind a grave, they asked "Great Sage, why are you hiding here?". "It's more complicated than you think" he replied, "I'm here because of you - and you're here because of me"

                    Is Athens a Big Pitch?

I assume so, as it's the Olympic Stadium. Well we've won in the OLympic Stadium in Rome...Athens seems an appropriate place.

Within 30 minutes of me receiving my UEFA email, I had tickets booked. They cost me $1050 Canadian each. (one for me and one for the missus) I understand the prices have gone thru the roof now, so I consider myself lucky and smart that I booked them when I did.

Regardless mate, it's going to be another amazing night wherever you are.

The wife wanted to go on holiday the day before the CL Final. I put my foot down and told her to hold off until the Chelsea result...

We now leave the day after

Pavilion Bar, Ormeau Road, Belfast probably - same as 2005.

Good luck to everyone trying to get a ticket for Athens.
