    Every player is a risk.

Eto'o would be a risk. He had a difficult knee injury and no one knows if he ever will be 100% again. He is still a long way from being 100%.

Owen would be a risk because of the same reasons as Eto'o but a lot cheaper risk.

My first choice this summer would be Tevez. He is 100% fit and has showed that the english style is no problem.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

      Tevez doesn't score goals though

and a lot bigger risk. Eto'o has een playing regular first team football in the last 2 years, Owen hasn't.

I only pointed out that Eto'o isn't guaranteed to be a success because he will need to get back to full fitness IMO if will cope with the higher tempo in the PL.

He scores goals when he plays as a striker and not as a winger.

I don't want to argue about this, there's a number of very good reasons why Eto'o is being quoted at 27 million and Owen 9 million

I would take Eto'o before Owen any day but he is not my number one striker

                Tevez, Huntelaar, Eto'o, Owen.

                In that order.

                  Huntelaar ahead of Eto'o? Why?

I've heard why you want Tevez, even though I disagree but Huntelaar ahead of Eto'o

Only because Tevez is my first choice and I believe Huntelaar would be a better partner upfront. Eto'o is the better player but the question is how he would play with Tevez.

You contradict yourself left right and centre...

forget tevez though, we're only going to sign one more striker. Don't forget Voronin.

I mean that I don't think Eto'o and Tevez would play that well together. Huntelaar would suit Tevez better IMO.

Who knows? Maybe we will sign only one quality striker maybe not.

Voronin ? He'll be our reserve top goalscorer next season.
