Has anyone been watching much Serie A this season?

if so how did Mario Santana do. He was quality for Palermo and Argentina last year...but i haven't heard much on him this season.

All this talk about strikers, so who will Rafa sign for our wings. I dont know much about S.American Footy, and it seems that Rafa likes South Americans. I know we have Leto but what about for the RW.

Cardozo is a fake left winger(who can play on the right), pretty good player overall. I like him a lot, great long shots, dribbling ability and good pace. I don't think he is our kind of player, cuts in too much and doesn't provide enough width for our needs. One of my favourite players at Boca right now but I don't think he's suite us.

surely Rafa would not have a problem fixing that.

Why change a player to fit the system when we can buy a ready made fit?

Santana was pretty ace at Palermo, he went on loan to Inter this season and has barely gotten a game. He'll most likely go back to Palermo at the end of the season. Wouldn't be a bad player to pick up, pretty handy winger.

Yep, i get what you mean, but then if we try playing a player like that in our system then they flop then everyone will be banging on about how South American players are rubbish in England and that we shouldn't risk signing them etc. Getting new systems and the initial culture shock may not be ideal.

But yeah, I agree.
