We really have to stay out of injuries if we are to have any chance of challenging Chelsea/Manchester United for the title. We really do. One of the main reasons behind our consistency and improvement last year was because we had a relatively injury-free squad.

I expect all the new players to pick up injuries. Rafa's training methods takes getting used to. Carra and Jar's injuries were Bad Tackles. Hopefully Agger has adjusted now. I've been impressed with him so far.
