    Stevie suffering from an illnes?

Just saw the back pages of tomorrows papers on SSN. The headline was something like "Kop trip to hell." And underneath it said "Rafa roughed up at press conference, "hour delays for luggage and Steven Gerrard falls ill."

I haven't heard anything about this and I'm certain that I saw Stevie training earlier on in the broadcast.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

It's all sounding pretty bad for our chances. I'm beginning to get a bad feeling about it all.

I think he'll be fine...or is that hope he'll be fine?!

We need to win this game tomorrow, no ifs or buts.

The one thing that we have going for us is that they have to come out and chase the game which will hopefully allow us to hit them on the counter.

An early goal or score first and we're laughing. the longer the game stays 0-0 the more nervous i'll become.

Nah, I'm confident we'll come through this one, Haifa have had to travel too don't forget and with several key players rested from Saturday (Crouch, Finnan, Alonso etc) I think we'll ease through. Come on guys, one away draw, even to scummy Sheff U, does not a season ruin or define
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue

Actually so have I. Riise and Carra uot injured. Everything goes wrong travelling out to Kiev, Rafa continually attacked at the PC, Haifa well up for it now after being displeased at our supposedly physical approach at Anfield....

I still think we'll make it through, but I do feel uncharacteristically nervous. We really need to make sure we're up for this one.

The thing is we weren't physical with them at Anfield were we? If they thought that was physical then they should try playing in the Premiership week in and week out.

I would like to think that our midfield would rough them up a bit tomorrow but we all saw the play acting from them at Anfield. Could you imagine what they'd be like in Kiev where they have home advantage? We'd end up with 9 men and that's exactly what they want.

I am feeling extremely positive about this game, we will get through this no problem.
