My point is I trust a fan with the club more than I trust people who have no affinity for the club. I accept DIC's main motive is profit, but at least with a Liverpool fan on board then what is in the best intersts of the club would be a factor for them.
The leaked document regarding the 7 years was worrying, but to me it also showed they had a clear plan to make the club successful within a given timescale, which is not necessarily a bad thing. DIC to me seemed to have a track record of success unmatched by Gillett and Hicks.
Possibly a case of grass is greener, more a case of "what might have been" and genuine concern that may be the biggest decision in the club's history was not necessarily the right one.
