Mate, I've never said I have sources ??? It was just my opinion, and it has to do with what I've read from Bascombe.

That's actually what I was refering to, the all seeing Bascombe of the Echo.

Before he mentioned anything all the national Journo ran stories about who we were spending millions on. All the internet "insiders" told us who was signing and when and everyone was dreaming of Henry and Eto'o upfront.

Then Man Utd spent £50m on players. Then Bascombe comes out with his misery. Then out come the nationals spreading the doomsday hearsay. Then out come the internet "insiders" , who strangely have only found out all is not well after the story has already been running nationwide for a week or more. Then more idiots come out and say "Yeah, I agree with what he heard, that's what my source was telling me all along" . Fine , then why not post it you prick? Maybe cos thats complete bollocks and you want to look like you are in the know.

I have to say, it only takes Chris Bascombe to put out a bit of bad press and the whole word believes it. Maybe everyone has forgot the total lies he was fed by Gerard Houllier to create a smear campaign against Robbie Fowler. So much so that alot of people were lighted when Robbie left.

What's to say he hasn't been conned this time? Or whats to say he isn't towing the line?

But then again, even though all our star players have signed up for 5 years or so, I guess Rafa could still leave eh?

I still believe that Bascombe probably knows much more than anyone about all things LFC. Now, does he play Rafa's game, we'll just have to wait and see.

People are not losing their rag just because of a few posts by some unknown people on the internet who claim to be connected. People are putting two and two together from what they read in the papers, from what they've seen and been told by the club. If you put it all together it doesn't make for a pleasant conclusion to draw.

The new owners came in, certain promises were made and big words spoken. Now we'll see the integrity of these people.

Is exactly right. But maybe people who know better should hold off before making their doomsday predictions. Still, it is a fans forum and as lond as everything is posted in good faith have no complaint what so ever.

Hummmm ... That theory is futile to say the least, as he's proved that along the years.

Perhaps people are jumping to conclusions, me included, from everything we've heard which has no real basis in fact. But truth is what we are hearing is concerning, and I won't begrudge anyone who has the club at heart being concerned about what they're hearing and where the club is headed.

I think we have a right to be concerned from what we are hearing and from the lack of action in the transfer market but I agree that we shouldn't jump to conclusions or make rash judgments this early in to the close season.

Irrespective of our unrealistic expectations when the takeover happened, the yanks made some promises and now their integrity is at stake. We'll see how much integrity they have in the coming weeks.
