It sounds sad when we reminisce but by **** those were the days!!
Ah man, Barnes, Beardsley, Rush, Dalglish......oh my god....what a team, what talent......I long for those days, I really do
When we pick up the Premiership next year I am going to book a week off and make sure I really, I mean really enjoy, the whole experience.....dont want it to be another 20 years before I experience that feeling.
Walk on.................
I remember when winning the league felt just 'normal' , who heave though we'd wait so long...
Anyway that is my all time favourite team, the one with Barnes, Beardsley and Rush leading the attack.

wasn't it Barnes, Beardsley, Hoghton and Aldo? I thought we used the money from the sale of Rush to Juve to pay for Barnes, Beardsley and Houghton? I stand to be corrected though.
You are right though, winning the league was the norm!
We used to turn up at anfield to see how many we would score, and quite often would hope the other side would score first to make a game of it!
liverpool last won the league in 1990.
i was born in 1990. i think ive got to die or something for us to win again
To be more precise, we won the league in May 1990. Whilst celebrating that month I met a girl who is now my wife so I always blame her for jinxing us in the league! Now if that isn't a valid reason for a divorce, what is?
There is a light that never goes out. RIP Alan "Mally" Johnston and the 96. YNWA.
