That was my first live game.It was Beardsleys debut aswell that day,we wore our grey away kit and won 2-1.I can't remember any kind of racism or banana throwing tbh.

Maybe i was just to ingrossed in the game to of noticed.I was only 13.

i saw no bananas thrown by lfc fans EVER

I saw bananas thrown by everton fans in the kop when jb took the first corner of the game in a league cup tie in the oct (I think) of that season. the blueshyte won 1-0 with a goal by legbreaker stevens.
