It's going to be a long weekend but to be honest it couldn't come sooner !! The Panthers are dead last in the NRL so my usual Premier League offseason has been full of disappointment.

I just can't wait for the season to start, happy we are on Foxtel too, good news...

Following the reds in Oz is hard. Being down under isn't an understatement.

I think I'll go to the next world cup. having looked at the winning bid documents on the FIFA website, ticket prices look way cheaper than ever before, and i should be able to sort out to stay with mates in Jo'burg and Cape Town, so hopefully it won't be too expensive!

As far as the EPL season is concerned I am so looking forward to it - i just have not got into any ozzie sport, but will miss getting home on a sat or sunday afternoon and watching the football game after football game. The worst thing though is not being at Anfield to watch the lads any more

The EPL is ok here, we get a game at 9.30, then 11.30, then 1.30. Although that changes when daylight savings kicks in. Kick off's go back 2 hours...****ing farmers

Its a good night usually, go have dinner somewhere nice with the missus and then back home to watch the footy when she goes to bed.

                  On the Nong Ning Nang
                  All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
                  So it's Ning Nang Nong!

Yes, I find that happens a fair bit during the season too!

If we had some ham, we could have some ham and eggs .... if we had some eggs!

                          Too right!

I'd love to be able to watch our 12.45pm kickoffs AT 12.45pm!

It'll be a long night this Saturday, but I'm sure it will be worth it!

Last year was good cos we had so many early kick offs. 9pm sat night is a great time for me. Normally well charged up by then. Gonna have to pace myself better this week or i might have to rely on the replay.
