It used to be a case of being a Chesterfield fan and Liverpool were the big team he followed'. He loved taking me to Anfield as a kid. My Mum's side are all Reds - well, her four brothers are - but my old man fell right out of love with top flight football at around the time of the financial explosion.

..... your dad is a wise man.

Neither are big fans but my Dad used to follow Cambridge United and my mum has a soft spot for Norwich.

My dad is a gooner (he lived near Highbury for a while in the 60's) and my mam is a red because of me . In fact when we won in Istanbul , she rang me almost in tears she was so happy . I was in fact in tears - ah, how good was that ?

My dad doesn't support anyone, he just wants to see a great football match every now and then. He used to support Preston North End, cause he spent some time in Preston when he was young, but I don't think he follows them anymore.

                  My mum ... She doesn't give a f*ck!

My sister ... Well, she supports Brad Pitt.

I have a whole family of Liverpool supporters, though my great uncle played for Arsenal. However my cousins son is a Liverpool youth player.

                              Dad - Red
Mum - Red (even though her dad was a blue)
                              Brother - Red
pretty much everyone else in the family is a red or has no interest.
i'm also trying my best to convert my girlfriends nieces into reds cos their dad is a blue and it winds him up something wicked to hear his girls tell him Liverpool are the best

My father died when I was a kid and I don't think he supported anyone. The only game I can remember him watching was when Wales put four past England, obviously a very long time ago.

Mum supports LFC. She has to otherwise I'll put her in a home.
