In case you haven't noticed, I am one person not 'you lot', and I never called you a wum. But, you are a wum. Wum.

I agree with you there, it is worrying. For me, it's because our wide men are not quite doing the biz and Gerrard is seriously out of form. With the exception of Torres our strikers are being far too pensive on the ball for my liking. They need to develop the attitude that when the ball comes to them in the box, they're just going to make a yard of space and **** it into the goal instead of trying to be nice smart little team players. They can save that stuff for outside the area.

You're just a big ray of sunshine aren't you?

He never said that though did he? A Premiership team with 10 men behind the ball is never easy to break down.

Yeah, shame becasue I don't think Rafa deserves it, ok the last 3 games have been poor and I don't believe Torres being on from the start would've made a huge difference.
    We were poor creatively today.

Whereas Brum were all over us and we were lucky to escape with the point?

Worrying, there's no point in denying it.

why is it an overreaction when there have been three 0-0 and our play has been bloody ordinary? we never looked like scoring today. the passing was ordinary, no urgency, the performance listless, lacked class and polish.**** this rotation our best striker should start if he's not injured.Maybe we as fans got ahead of ourselves after the Derby game? We still have a way to go to be real title threats. Chelsea and Man U win these games and it happens year in year out.

I'm less concerned about the result and more concerned with our naivety and soft mentality. We're too nice a team, we need to go for the throat and have no mercy. It's not about rotation or the quality of our players, it's the way we approach these types of games, when the opposition is happy to sit back and defend and the few first shots at goal don't go in. The pressure is mounting and if it's still 0-0 at the 60th minute, we never look like winning.

Breaking that mental barrier is the mark of champions and I haven't seen that today. It's early in the season, but you know we're going to look back at this game and ask what could have been.

Rafa needs to find our vicious streak.
