By telling people where you played etc.. perhaps people will see your poit of view, if you know what I mean?

I dont need any training to know that the buck stops with the manager and it's largely his responsibility to get the tactics, mentality and motivation of the players right.

But since you asked, i was assistant manager for England schoolboys tiddlywinks team. I quit though, they werent good enough..so i 'turned them down'....
