    The key to football..

...is movement with the ball and without it. You should also move it as quick as you can but not rush it.

Can anyone really say that we have done the above the last few games?

It also helps to have skillful and creative players on the pitch so they need less touches before passing the ball or finish off a move. Less touches, a quicker game and more difficult to defend against.

It also helps to have players with good vision so they will make the right choice and see the opening in a defense the short time it exists.

    That's all for now.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Don't ruin his theory. It took him ages to Google it and run it through Babelfish...

To do this a team needs to PASS and MOVE
        We come not to play.

Pass & Move but we got no groove

Using a phrase made famous by the leg-end John "Digger" Barnes, it saddens me to say the current team are Passing & Moving without no groove.

We desperately miss Alonso & Agger and i hope they recover quickly.

                No Creativity!!!

                Morning All..

I dont want to be jumping on any bandwagons that have started on phone ins - saying get rid of Rafa or we need this man for a Number 2...

The most worrying thing for me is that Yossi was are most creative influence and he only came on after 60 odd mins....if we are to challenge we need a few more creative players...

i can think of two Yossi and Xabi....Stevie to some point can make a goal but is more of a driving influence and is not the creative type of player in my eyes.

                Look at the others

Scum : Ronaldo, giggs, Scholes?, Tevez, Rooney ?

Arsenal: Rosicky, Helb, Cesc, RVP?, Denilson?

                Chelsea: Cole, Malouda, SWP

passing and moving is effective if we are actually passing the ball forward......

as per united and arsenal at the min - they pass the ball AHEAD of the man for him to run on to... it really annoys me with the lack of movement or even intelligence when some players are on the ball

scared to try to make something happen (be patient bollox) allthey want to do is pass it sideways or backways - maybe this is because of poor running or poor positional sense????????? - and no other outs
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Denilson is a defensive midfielder. Malouda ain't done **** lately

                      Cole is wank.

We have plenty of creativity in midfield, it's just that it's surpressed by the manager for workrate...Babel, Gerrard, Alonso, Lucas

Ain't no problem with our midfield. It's the way they are told to play that's the problem

We can pass but we cannot move. That is the key difference between us and a team like Arsenal right now. When we play with good movement off the ball we are as good as anyone.

We improved in an instant when Yossi came on yesterday. We don't need the width and early crosses of Pennant without Crouch on and with Kuyt playing deep, we can afford to be a bit narrower and play Yossi from the start.

Cole isn't wank, it's just that no-one likes him, as a creative payer is just as good as what we have and he creates opportunities for himself aswel as others.
