I think Carra has been shaky this season. His lack of real pace is highlighted even more when Aggers out. But its not just that, his positional play and tackling hasn't been as crisp as normal. All players have little dips in form , and I'm sure thats all it is, but we need the real Carra back today it we will be in serious trouble

Carra is NOT as fast as agger but has better positional play he doesn't need to use his pace as much. Carra will hit form again same as gerard and lets hope it's today. hobbs isn't ready for 1st team and hyypia (although a great servant and legend) is now a liability and whenever carra or agger out we will need to bring in a new centre half in january!!

Spot on. At the moment he resembles more the Carra of 4 yrs ago than the last 2 seasons. I'm sure it must be to do with the injury.

Add to that the fact that his partnership with Agger has been messed up this season and I'd see that as the reason

Agree, watch Carra in pre match warm ups, he is faster than most of the squad in the mini sprint sessions
