      Gerrard's back.

And with Alonso out injured we need him.

      Agger back soon.

      Lucas looks quality.

Hopefully Crouch has proved his point to Rafa. He did more in one half tonight than Kuyt and Voronin have done in 4 games.

      Arbeloa's back.

even though we were outclassed, we had a go and raised the tempo. thats all you can ask for week in and week out. have a ****ing go, get stuck in and play for the shirt.

at the time I thought SG goal against the Turks was a massive tunring point for him and today was another huge step to regaining form.
I would go as far as to say that Crouch did more than Kuyt and Vornoin have done for much of the season.

Sorry - can't be positive at all.

That was another piss poor performance. Even the Arse fans got it right when they chanted about us "hoofing" the ball.

We cannot pass a ball or keep possesion at the moment.

This is not a knee jerk reaction. It's been happening for too long now.

I wouldn't be surprised if we play like this Houllier style for the rest of the season

                        Right here's some positives:
                        • We're no worse off than at the start of today, 6 points from the top is not insurmountable
                        • Our two main title rivals Arsenal/ Mancs play each other next week, so we have an oportunity to gain ground on one or both of them
                        • We've a break from the usual pressures in midweek in the CC v Cardiff
                        • We've got a few injured players due back
                        • That match will give us the chance to get Arbeloa, Kewell, Aurelio (maybe Agger) integrated back into things
                        • We've got a game in hand on the mancs
                        • We can have another go at Arsenal later on in the season
                        • Our run of games till the mancs of Dec 15th are all very winnable and could leave us in a great position going into christmas
                        • Lucas might get his proper chance with Alonso being out and Sissoko maybe out of favour
                        • It's the end of October and we're still in with a decent shout of the title, going into Novemeber which must be a first under Rafa
                        • We seem to be coming through our bad patch, and this run of games might help us get confidence up
                        • Torres probably wont be out for that long, and Rafa will probably feel the pressure now to use Crouch

I must say it's nice to get to November unbeaten, but that stat hides an awful lot of facts - namely, that a number of our players are nowhere near Arsenal's level.

Who would Arsenal want form Liverpool? Torres, Reina and possibly Gerrard. That's it.
                          Oh I don't know.

                            A 1-1 draw suggests otherwise.

They'd take Mascherano in an instant, IMO, and he'd be a fixture ahead of Flamini or Gilberto.

Otherwise, I think you're right. Imagine Kuyt, Voronin or Riise in that Arsenal side?
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
