I was thinking the same... Hopefully he'll be back for the Blackburn game next week.

If I had two lives...I'd give them both to you.

Was trying to reply to carheex and pressed the wrong button. I'm now an absolute knobhead as well!!

Carheex is probably an Everton or Man U fan. He usually makes his dramatic posts to create more negative feelings and then more or less don't bother to answer back.

The only other alternative is that he is a very weird man.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Does the fact that a lot of you are lamenting the fact that Alonso's unfortunate (re) injury is a massive blow prove that our skwad isn't as great as we all thought?
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

Alonso and Agger out is the blow.

Either one in and we do have an outlet from defence and some control on the play.

Alonso showed today what we've been missing.
Its times like these we learn to live again FF

If you look at Arsenal, Man U and Chelsea then you will see that they have a starting XI without any real weakness when everyone is fit. That's what Rafa should aim to get and then after he got that, then is the time to sign buck up players.

Rafa now have some stars and some players that really shouldn't be more than backup players in what would be our best starting XI.

So when one of our star players get injured then you will notice it more than if the same happened to a star player for the other top teams.

Some would have you believe this, i think that statement is pile of crap personally and he was one of the best players on the pitch, his passing was a little off but he hasn't played for about 5 weeks so what do you expect

I thought that Sagna looked a bit dodgy today, all teams have weaknesses, it's just how you manage them, and as long as the weaknesses aren't really serious like bruno cheyrou serious then you get by just fine

Well, we have some Cheyrou weaknesses, like left back and on the wings even when everyone is fit.

That's probably a reason to why everything isn't fine.

When everyones fit we've got Arbeloa at LB and Kewell on LW, no Bruno Cheyrous there
