lets hope we can continue from where we left of in the the Besiktas game

I am really confident going into this game and we should win by a few goals. This is a must win game and if we fail to win i reckon we would be as good as out the title race

As for the starting xi, i would go for:

It would be harsh to drop Arbeloa, he has been our most consistant player this year imo.

I agree - mind you - knowing Rafa he'll keep Arbeloa in the team by playing him at left back and bring in Finnan.....

Possibly, possibly not – how are we to know – but I’d give him an hour. He looks “ready to start” to me, and the only way he can get match-fit is by playing games.

But not harsh to drop Voronin & Riise eh ?

It's a difficult choice to pick Saturdays team, I'd love to see Lucas play more he looks a tremendos player in the making, I'd like to see Babel as well.

Whoever he picks will not please everyone that's for sure.

Subs - Wesley Snipes, Stevie G, Finnan, Torres, Kewell

Lucas gets a shot at the title. Stevie G in reserve.
Kewell to definitely come on at some stage to get some more minutes under his belt.
Torres to stay on the bench unless we are really struggling.
If either Crouch or Voronin are underachieving, then sling Harry on left wing and put Babel up front.

And give Riise a day off.
