think i was fortunate last night, watched the game in a pub where they don't have the sound on cos its indie rock night! so never got to hear any commentary or analysis. Lucky me!

Always enjoy our CL matches much more when they are on Sky - ITV seem to do a marvelous job of ****ing it up - as for their bias, perhaps, but I dont think we can complain too much about bias when they put our away game on ITV1 and Chelsea's home game on ITV4 when their policy has been to put the home games on ITV1. I dont think there's any malice or favouritism behind what they say or do, they just happen to be knobs who are extremey bad at what they do.
And I for one agree about their criticism towards us that the match was there for the taking last night, we just didint go for it as we should have done - but then again, Sunday is far more importantWhite liquid in a bottle = Milk

I like him too. He's old, he forgets things, he gets names wrong but he's harmless. He was pretty much bang on with what he had to say last night. I don't mind Pleat either. He obviously knows the game, and his assessment is often pretty good. I find his getting names wrong quite amusing. Last night he was calling Farfan FANFAN!
