I never realised they did but then wouldnt be on any England forums or know to much about what is happening about the job. Just going from personnel experience of talking to fans who support other teams. Most really dont like him while some find him funny but annoying.

but if he did offer his resignation you'd expect them to sort it out straight away if they wanted him as next step would be to quit. But then offer resignation is playing the game.

so they either did that on the phone and ergo everything is sorted but then why no statement or hint as any transfer targets would want clarification.

The press know sweet **** all apart from the fact that there was a serious row between rafa and the owners, rafa messed up by going public and tensions are high. Anything else is just speculation.
