    Yes, it does.
There is still a feeling that they are dodging the subject a bit though.
Which is what makes me suspicious to their motives.

So Foster is more like a living email.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

The exit strategy highlighted the fact that this club was a gold mine waiting to be discovered. By the move to a larger stadium, better commercial awareness and more lucrative TV contracts and thus much higher turnover the investors would have made a serious return on their investment.

As to selling LFC - i dont think that would happer. Liverpool Football Club is one of the greatest teams in the history of the game. We would be the jewel in the dubai crown.
How do you know that the exit strategy document was real?

It could have been planted there by someone, who knows? It could of course also be exactly what it looked like. A plan to make us number one and then sell us and get a large profit.

Read his whole post, he thinks it is because they wanted some funding and needed to show potential returns. There is a good chance they would never have sold up, but there is also the chance they would.

It is like G&H, they may sell up but I doubt it, as soon as the new ground is built and we have possible 76,000+ fans in it we could be making more than them on match day due to having more boxes than them, this coupled with less debt than them could make a bright future.

Agreed. That was the impression given at the time.

It was confirmed as being genuine although the DIC group did say that they had no intention of selling us.

They simply wanted investor banks / financial institutions to see the potential that this deal would have had. All institutional lending facilities will eventually want to maximise one deal, sell their investment and head onto another.

Only banks want your business for 25 years - all others look at a 3 - 7 year exit strategy.

Parry screwed this up once and im sure if DIC come back it will be the end for him. I wont lose any sleep...

They wont come back. It is the Mirror trying to justify their own story when everyone is saying it is rubbish.

He's a friend of George Bush. That's pretty much enough for me.

                    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

They are both quoting the Mirror to cover their bases.

This being the second day of the story I would expect it to be in all the papers if they thought it could be true but every paper except the Mirror is quoting Parry and Hicks and saying that he will not sell.

If they believed the story was a non-starter they wouldnt even have mentioned it - quoted or not.

The only paper touching it today is The Mirror, that should tell you everything. They would all run with it today if they had any belief it could be true. Also most papers haven't printed it.
