Another thing you would have to consider is the PR part. Only that would be worth a lot of money for them.

I doubt they would call it that, thats the name of the investment firm, why would they want to advertise that brand?

The main Dubai brand is probably dubai itself followed by Emirates, then theres the various construction companies like Emaar, otherwise why sponsor the stadium yourself and lose revenue, get another company to do it.
