Little bit better finishing against the Geordies last weekend and you'd have that already.

Yeah, when he gels .... I'm sick of these new signings taking so long to settle, though.

i think torres has settled rather well. although all his goals have been at anfield.

Not a bad thing. That's where we've had more problems winning.

Probably bitter because Torres turned them down the 2006-07 season.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Torres is the most complete striker around. And he will only get better.

I admit in the summer he proberbly wasn't my 1st choice when we were linked with Eto'o,Henry Tevez etc.

But would i swap him now with any of them?

                        No chance.

no he's not the bitter kind. he's a bit of a legend to be fair. he loves football and loves spurs- he co founded and is chairman of the singapore spurs supporters club.

wears a different spurs top to work every day. often with the most obscure squad players names on the back from spurs in 1996 etc

having thought about it i'll feel bad taking his money. almost

At a time when I am a touch disillusioned with lots of things about football, and finding players increasingly difficult to love, Fernando Torres makes me feel like a kid again.

He is ****ing fantastic. He's got THE LOT and, although he's yet to prove it, is the best centre-forward on the planet today. I wouldn't swap him for any.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
