I wonder what the **** the Atletico manager thought when he played Torres on the wing several months last season
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

He is ****ing fantastic. He's got THE LOT and, although he's yet to prove it, is the best centre-forward on the planet today. I wouldn't swap him for any.

I just never realised how GOOD he actually was when playing for Atlético. This is unbelievable. And to think that he is only 23 ...

the sign of a good player is when opposing fans(nephews)refuse to admit hes even half decent even when hes had a blinder of a game, the sign of a great player is when those same opposing fans start to say yeah, hes top notch actually.

Yes, we do. The best striker we have bought (rather than developed) since a certain Mr Rush. Rafa is getting better and better in the transfer market - few mistakes recently.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

and to think some of us wanted to sign Darren Bent instead of Fernando.

                              ho-hum.
