rooney is an endomorph - a well trained, muscled up one, but an endomorph nonetheless.

i would predict hell play all his best football before his mid 20's and will struggle to play beyond 30 when injuries and weight problems will catch up with him. same would be true of maradona or indeed tevez.

most of the outfielders who've had long careers have been ectomorphs ie skinny genetically: rush, gary mcallister, strachan etc..

my vote is that fergiescum is doing the right thing for his club in extracting the maximum from the granny shagger. the writings on the wall for rooney - hes a world class talent but his times likely to be limited.
I remember reading about somatotypes before - what's the third type called again?

A polymorph. It floats around space sucking the emotions from sentient beings - ask Dwayne Dibley.

That's the third time he has been out with the same type of injury. He hasn't played that much this season and it's now soon December.

His injury record is soon as bad as Owens.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Stop this, stop this right now. This thread should ONLY be to celebrate the brilliance of our Number 9 - perhaps the best striker in the world today

              What a player.

I still can't believe some people on here wanted Darren Bent over Torres.

When I say some people I mean one very special person.

I actually cringe somewhat when I compare our other strikers to Torres. Absolutely on another level.

So he wanted a striker who can't get into the England squad (this a country so poor they couldn't qualify for Euro 2008) ahead of possibly the best striker in the world.

                                Poor deluded Pacman.
