Does anybody know how much actual training our first team squad does? ie how many days they train, what they do in training and how many hours a day?

I think they go in for breakfast for half an hour and then train for 2 hours from 10.00am, if my memory serves me (Voronin did an interview with the offal and went through the training regime). Then they have a massage or something.
