Can you now see why people get narked at some of your posts AF? Even to the layman they lack credulity.
It's my opinion. I don't care if that is considered to be **** or fantastic.

I think I will be proved right but time will tell.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Forgive me but I said all of this last week and sort of lost the arguement/discussion with Alpha.

But I defo agree Dave. It's Xabi and Stevie all the way for me.

Well then you shouldn't be surprised then when you get a reaction to your posts. Your Nemeth comments are a prime example. 3 games and he should be 4th striker? Come on.....and don't tell me you've seen him on Torrents and streams because the hole will just get bigger.

One thing I noticed about SG today: a couple of times he tried to link up with Kuyt, played the ball up to him and then burst past him for the return, only for Dirk to f*** it up. You could visibly see SG's frustration.
For me this has been one of the biggest frustrations of the season - earlier in his LFC career Kuyt seemed to excel at linking with Gerrard's runs from deep but now he very rarely seems to find the right ball in those situations.

I had not seen Nemeth play before he joined us, at least I don't think so. I watch a lot of games and can't remember every player.

I don't get it why people only base Nemeths whole career on three reserve team games. He actually played a lot in Hungary before he joined us so he isn't exactly a rookie.

It's not that we are basing it only on 3 reserve games but you were saying he should be our 4th striker which means going straight into the PL after just 3 games playing English style football. Even the best players (Henry, Drogba etc) needed time to settle in and they were much older. The Liverpool Way has always been for players to do their stint in the reserves before they progress. Only Fowler and Owen have bucked that trend in recent times. Even Gerrard was in and out for a while.

That's our best attacking formation IMO.

Nemeth was bought as a promising prospect, not an immediate first team squad member.

5 goals in 3 games is excellent but he needs a chance to establish himself before making the step up.

To be honest AFII, it is absurd to assert that Nemeth is ready to replace established full internationals like Kuyt and Voronin based on 3 reserve team appearances, however well he may have performed and however badly they may have.
It's not good because it's rude. It's good because it looks like it's good because it's rude.

                          Sorry Xabi.

                          ooooo controversial.
Disagree mate Masher Alonso and Stevie in the Centre and I've been saying it for ages it suits nearly all of our players to play with a 3 man MF and 3 up top.
Added to that I'd put Alonso in ahead of Masher, he gives us more vision and with similar ability to tackle back.

So what does it mean to be fourth striker. He would probably get three, four games in the league the rest of the season and play from the bench in a few more(around 20-25 minutes/game).

The games he would play in would be against bottom table teams and maybe one or two against a mid table team at home.

I don't think the above would be to much for him and it would ease him into the team and the league.

Was about to say the same thing, Lucas is good and deputisied really well for Xabi in certain games but Alonso's class is there for all to see.

Well our fourth striker in terms of minutes played is Crouch with 1042 over 30 games this season so far. On the basis that we have at least 22 to go I'd say he's got to do a lot more than you say....and there is little proof that he is up to it yet. 3 reserve games is bugger all and you know it.
