On a side note. Im flying in from Dublin tomorrow arriving at 4 pm. Going to the ground to collect tickets. Would anyone advise going into the city and coming back for the match or would it be better to stay around Anfield. Also whats a good pub in the area to go to before the match

Been reading today that some Luton players may refuse to play so as not to jeopardize transfers! Also the GK is injured and they have no backup GK on the books. If we play it right it could be a whitewash. Just what we need.

If you're arriving in Speke at 4pm and then going to the ground, you'e got no chance of going into town and back. Get straight up to the ground and get yerself in the Albert, Park, Sandon...any of them on the main road outside the Kop.

Never been in Aldo's mate - there are loads on here who have though.

Also I'd ask the others about the best place to go in town as I tend to like places that most other people hate - Magnet on Hardman Street, for instance.
