More reports in the Sunday papers following on from the Middlesbrough defeat suggested Liverpool were again on the verge of being taken over by DIC.

Anyway, this was a ****ing good read! Long but worth reading!

Still waiting for the club to issue a statement that they refute the Klinsmann stories in the way they very swiftly did for the much slighter Capello stories.

I would say that the balance of evidence, press speculation or not, strongly points to the owners wanting rid of Rafa.

Even if I agree with the overall sentiment, that is horribly long - winded and subjective. Could've been said in a paragraph.

Blaming Journalists for "making-up" stories is just silly. These stories have real base whether you like it or not. Unfortunately.

Bollix Tom .. would you have us responding to each individual story ..

Klinsmann this week, Jose last week, whos next

Why this why that .. there is nothing they can say that will shut the press up .. We should just all belt it and lets see were the dust settles in the Summer as Always FFS .. we are in the middle of a ****ing Football season we dont need this constant ****e from the press and as much also from the Fans

                      Your at it again Tom.

I`d say Klinsmanns representative said he had spoken to no English Clubs.Don`t let that get in the way of your agenda though.

All I want is concrete evidence.I never get it.
I get fans reading newspaper articles designed to increase current and future newspaper sales. If the press throw enough **** they hope some will stick. The ultimate aim is to create an atmosphere around Rafa that will push him out of Anfield one way or the other, ultimately giving the Press their biggest story of the year.

                      Your fully hooked.

Klinsman said himself that he had no approach from Liverpool.
Why isn't this in the press?.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Listen, if you want to bury your head in the sand and think everything is rosy that is fine. I wish I could have the same attitude.

Common sense tells me that something is not right and the fact that the Klinsmann agents have gone on record saying he was offered Rafas job, plus all the recent goings on at Anfield, tell me that Rafa is on borrowed time with these cowboys.

I agree, horribly subjective. In fact I think it was rubbish. People will still lap it up though, as if it was truth.
