Is that right? They've been pretty good at refusing to comment up till now. **** knows what made him think it was a good idea to disclose that information. And this after telling Rafa to not discuss any issues in public! ****ing hypocrit.

What have the Americans done so far?

Cost us god knows how much in designs and planning for a stadium only to go back on the plans because its was getting too expensive.

Given Rafa a half decent backing in the Summer - although it ****s me off they refuse to achknoledge that half of the 50mil was recouped in sales, and given last years run in the champions league Rafa probably earned the other 25 million through his own success.

They havent spent a penny/cent of their own money.

Considered replacing Benitez with Jurgen "****ing" Klinsmann, a manager with zero experience in running a football club.

All in all it doesnt bode well, and all you cunts who like making us feel small for being worried can **** right off. This is not good no matter how you look at it.

I'm thus going to give them time before passing judgment ( @ how arrogant that sounds). Rafa and G&H have backed themselves into a ****ing stupid corner with the press over this issue. Maybe long term getting things out in the open will help things but they have to back it up with credible action to stabalise the club.
Mate, you are a lot more sensible, reasonable, calm, open-minded than the rest of us

I've made up my mind already personally, as is no secret, from the whole stadium fiasco, the promise not to burden the club with debt, the promises of backing Rafa, this whole public fued and the way the speculation has been allowed to fester, rumours that the club is beyond their means and they want to sell less than a year of taking over etc. I think they've no idea what they've gotten themselves into.

On the face of it the person who is becoming marginalised is Parry.

The fact it is stressed that regular meetings are held between Rafa Foster and the "family" may back this up.

George and I met with Jurgen Klinsmann to learn as much as we could about English and European football.

This comment is surreal. As if there arent any number of more qualified people to educate them about English football than Jurgen. 2 seasons at Spurs makes him an expert hmm. They could have tried harder and maybe communicated with the Manager of LFC whos been at the club for 4 years and might know a thing or two. Hopefully Jurgen said that you have to spend a lot of $ to get quality otherwise forget about it. These articles have Parrys fingerprints all over them.

Whilst Rafa's position looks increasingly untenable the truely horrifying aspect of all this is that G&H had lined up Klinsman. It would have been bad enough if say Hiddink had been lined up but at least you'd have to admit he would be a good choice to replace Rafa.

I've always thought Rafa was a dead managaer walking and it would seem only G&H leaving can save him. But if he does go who in the hell will G&H go for now. If they can pick Klinsman the mind truely boggles.

One thing I did read on YNWA....it seems Hicks has got his dates messed up:

                  "Hicks is a lying b*****d.

Rafa had that press conference just before the Newcastle game. The Newcastle game was on 24th November, the press conference was on the 23rd, thanksgiving was on the 22nd.

The trouble with lying is that you can f*** things up for yourself if you don't take notes.

This was after the Besiktas game.

If he has their full support, let's see them give him a 12 month extension."

                  Is this correct?

If so he has been caught clean.

Tom, Sir Bob, Fredo et al know that I've been giving the Yanks the benefit of the doubt but Hick's last statement is the straw that's broken my back. What a disgraceful shambles this has now become. By admitting they had discussions with Klinsmann means they have totally undermined Rafa's position at the club and they are forcing him to resign. No way do I believe that they spoke to Klinsmann as 'insurance' in case Rafa left. Rafa has always reiterated his desire to stay.

I'm furious. We're sh!te on the pitch and even more sh!te off it.

I'm done with these f**king clowns. Can't believe I ever gave them the benefit of the doubt. American c**ts.

Incredibly worrying choice. As someone else said, who is 2nd on the list - Bruce Arena?

The people that believed that this was just speculation (including myself) were right to think so, until we seen the evidence.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

It makes me sick. Klinsmann is a f**king joke and to think that he clearly rejected us as well (thank god he did) rubs even more salt water in the wounds.

So, we went for a ****e manager to replace Rafa. And he told us to f**k off. Well done you stupid American *******s.

You've just made an enemy of yet another season ticket holder you stupid c**ts.
