'Bigging myself up'?Originally posted by tomasjj View PostHow about you stop bigging yourself up at the expense of fellow fans who are worried?
:whatever:
I'm fairly worried. However, I firstly wanted to see the full article - which spins a different light from the first headlines - and now I want to see Rafa's reaction.
I'll resist getting truely worried and sending e-mails to RBS (
) until then, if that's ok.

Well, Lec said yesterday that G&H are ****ed if we miss out on the CL. That means selling players or sell up.Originally posted by Tom View Postso do I, we are royally fcuked with these two in charge.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

What do you think Rafa will say after that ? That he already knew it all because Hicks told him ?Originally posted by disco View Post'Bigging myself up'?

True. Personally I would like to see a 2 year extension of Rafa's contract.Originally posted by Oberon View PostThe end of the Hicks statement says that both him and Gillete fully back Rafa. The press of course are only concentrating on the front end "headline" part.
FWIW I believe it's a crap way to conduct business but there you go, some people wanted honesty now you've got it!
If you get the entire statement and stay emotion free it's a fairly bland bit of info, in effect a company trying to ensure a key position will not be left vacant at a key time. Trouble is keeping emotion out is very difficult.
If not they can develop symptons of Ebola for all I care.Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

Well to add to their long list of retractions, no debt, lovely new stadium, snoogy doogy, you can now put "rafa's safe with us" in the bin.Originally posted by kopdan View PostWhat exactly have they done wrong.
And back it up with evidence, hard cold evidence
Anyone who goes for "insurance policy" bollocks .....
They were actively planning to replace rafa with klinsmann. Makes Klinsmann's denial look even better doesn't it?

That's what I'm hoping.Originally posted by fredo View PostWhat do you think Rafa will say after that ? That he already knew it all because Hicks told him ?

If he's pissed off we'll soon know.
If he avoids answering any questions, as he has a tendency of doing, I'll also be worried.Quote of the year :

Are we in debt like Utd?
Are there plans on the table for a new stadium?
Snoogy Doogy = Torres
Rafa is still in charge and we've been told his job is safe
Not much wrong yet"What's your favourite Beatles album then?"
