                  He could sue them for the money he would have got from Bayern if he turned them down if the reason was that G&H told him that he was safe and that G&H still after that meeting had an offer on the table to Klinsmann to take over after Rafa.

                  Just believe and you never know what will happen.

                  According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                          No but if/when he leaves it has been because of their actions which have created a situation where he can no longer carry out his duties properly or un-molested.
                          That's constructive dismissal creating a situation to force somebody out without actually firing them.
