Regardless of whether Rafa will sue them or not (and my guess will be that he won't) it certainly seems as though Rafa will stand firm and is in the mood for a fight. And why shouldn't he be? if it counts for anything Hicks revelations today will ensure Rafa has the fans firmly on his side.

I know nothing about the law admittedly, but this sounds very flimsy to me, especially so if there is no written documentation on the subject, recorded minutes of an official meeting, etc.Originally posted by redblood View PostNo but if/when he leaves it has been because of their actions which have created a situation where he can no longer carry out his duties properly or un-molested.
That's constructive dismissal creating a situation to force somebody out without actually firing them.
It's basically taking Hicks at his word, a kind of my word against yours scenario.I hate Polanski

Yes, as I said before they aren't like me and you. They have big fat expensive lawyers who set out big fat expensive contracts for big fat amounts of money that stipulate all kinds of break clauses and compensation paid in the event of them.Originally posted by redblood View PostAre you sure??Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad

Kind of unrelated but we know Rafa is incredibly stubborn (walking away from Valencia over lack of support, picking an unchanged team for what would have been the 100th game he'd rotated)
I cant help but feel Rafa is only staying at the club because he's too stubborn to let them force him out..doesn't bode well.

He hasn't been sacked as yet and he's still under contract."Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

Cant wait for Rafa's presser.
He will put these horrible little paper ****s to bed."When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah
"looking through your posts since 2007 and what you have consistently written about my football team I have come to the conclusion that if you had 1 more brain cell you would be a plant .. your father was a hamster and your mother smells of elder berries, I fart in your general direction ..." Nicey

right now mate, god knows. Sat here not knowing where the road leads for LFC. Am amazed that the owners have gone down this route. They must have balls of steel to get rid of Rafa knowing how the fans will react.Originally posted by thekop View PostYou can't be serious mate

Doesn't need to be anything written to my knowledge mate he's come out and undermined the man in public and basically told him you are gone when we find someone.Originally posted by CharlieMansonsSquint View PostI know nothing about the law admittedly, but this sounds very flimsy to me, especially so if there is no written documentation on the subject, recorded minutes of an official meeting, etc.

When it comes to these kinds of things it's up to the employers' to prove their innocence as far as I remember.
