Dear lord, that's a travesty. He nees to go. :whatever:

Now compare those to the stats of a title winning manager, and therein lies the problem.

Are you satisfied with "runners-up" honours? unless you win the competition you enter, it doesn't matter whether you were a finalist or not. "We lost in the final" isn't something to be particularly proud of.
That said, I'm not sure what this thread is trying to prove, if anything...?

Did the paper produce the same stats for Fergiscum or Wengaboy.

Those that killed her, were following the law.

You actually missed the most interesting part IMO. Don't think it is much of a suprise that he is doing better than GH, Evans etc...

Statistic on Raffa only in his four seasons (from same articel):

                  Benitez at Liverpool
                  Season Win% Draw% Loss% Gls/game Con/game
                  2004-05 45% 18% 37% 1.37 1.08
                  2005-06 66% 18% 16% 1.50 0.66
                  2006-07 53% 21% 26% 1.50 0.71
                  2007-08 48% 43% 17% 1.67 0.67

Besides the fact that his win percentages is down, and draw way up - the rest is quite interesting. We are scoring more goals than ever before, and we are conceding the same as in the last two seasons, which should add up to more wins - but it doesen't

I still believe we are on the right track here, and the win % can still go up quite a bit this season... We are still improving as a team, which I take comfort in - there is still some way to go, but Raffa is the man for me...

The problem is though that we scored a lot of goals in just a few games. This season we have been a very moody/confidence reliant team and with the uncertainty surrounding us we have frequently failed to live up to our potential.

I too believe Rafa is the man but I do feel that for him to succeed the club needs to be united and that seems unlikely at present if we continue with him and the current owners. Although I do still harbour a hope that things can be saved.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

                        Something else worth mentioning here.

With Crouch starting in the league:
                        2005-2006 w16 d6 l5 (win percentage of 59.3&#37
                        2006-2007 w14 d3 l2 (win percentage of 73.7%)

So he was slightly below in 2005-2006, to be expected I guess because of his slow goalscoring start, but way above last season when he was used was less than Kuyt and about the same as Bellamy.
