What's happened to Robben. I've hardly seen any foreign footie this season.

Obviously a c*nt but nonetheless a terrific player.

Robben is playing second fiddle to Robinho who has come on leaps and bounds in recent months.

There aren't a great many top class wingers about these to be honest.

- Ribery is awesome and we ****ed up big time by not signing him.

- Silva is a very clever, technical player, but he's more of an attacking midfielder than a winger.

- Quaresma is okay, but I have my doubts as to whether Rafa is the man to get the best out of someone with that sort of arrogance / temperament.

- I saw Jenners play in the UEFA Cup a season or two ago and he looked C.Ronaldo-esque, but he must be horribly inconsistant becuase he's still at AZ, not in the international set up and doesn't score many goals.

- Never seen much of Menez, but if Fergie has been monitoring for a good while, there must be *something* there.

- VDV, Nasri, Diego... they aren't wingers, but then, neither are Rosicky and Hleb.

i feel that lfc could potentially become an awesome team if they played with proper out and out wingers and just nando up front on hs own.....a bit like chelsea used to do in mourinho's first season with duff and robben.....

A new winger instead of pennant and a new left back that can overlap AND deliver a good cross AS WELL as defend would see us with a top top team that would be so good on the counter attack but also very hard to break down.....

plus our bench could consist of

Lucas - can fill in for any of the middle 3
Benny - can play on both wings
Crouch - can hold the ball up well

this would see us take a big leap in my opinion...
