there`s a difference between on the pitch and off.He didn`t take the chance to defend the Manager and almost answered the question with distain.

        Defend the manager against what?

        A tiger?

        Bad breath?

        Silly facial hair?

Opps, too late for that one.

Some people really are drama queens on here. We've just won 5 - 0 and the talk is "Do you think Stevie meant anything by not making a statement about Rafa after the game"?

            Laughable.
"Even men with steel hearts love to see a dog on the pitch". It generates a warmth around the ground that augurs well for mankind and that's what life's about. Trouble is these days you never see a dog on the pitch".

Johnny, why dont you just read what others have been discussing in this thread before starting the debate again?

the pros and cons are all in there.

HE clearly said he wanted the headlines to be about football tomorow. Which means, he wants the speculation about Rafa to be over. Which translates into him wanting Rafa to be manager.

Making an issue out of nothing here.

I was just saying that there were several reasoned answers to your question earlier in the thread.
                              That is all.
