i disagree. i think they've been told to keep schtum and gerrard isnt a confident 'on the spot' interviewer so was wary he'd say something wrong so wanted to say nothing at all. totally understandable imho.

I haven't read the last couple of pages, but what exactly is wrong with what DJS posted?

My first reaction was - can't believe he didn't say anything to support his manager. On contemplation, if anything his manager has told him to say 'just say it's about the team'. However, at 10pm last night I was very confused

i agree on reflection and after reading a few posts on here i changed my mind BUT its easy to see how the 606 brigade get there ammunition as they dont have forums to see other viewpoints
