    The bottom line

I think it needs saying that no matter your view on Rafa, whether you think he is the bees knees, or you think he's useless, or something in between.....

......for as long as the Americans are in control, Rafa MUST stay.

Their reasons have nothing to do with football, they are looking for an excuse to get rid of him, and their idea of our manager for the next 5 years was someone who had never managed a club side in his life.

Let's forget all this Rafa bollocks and get behind him irrespective.

Anyone who has more doubts about Rafa than they do about the Americans need their head testing.

It's time to decide whose side you're on. Rafa Benitez or Hicks & Gillett. The choice should be obvious.

In these turbulent and tumultuous times, what the club needs more than anything to help ride out this storm is not the upheaval of changing managers, it is some stability and continuity. Rafa must stay. It's the yanks that should go.

Agree with that , even though Rafa and I have had issues

The more I read about the yanks the less confident of them I am .

I agree. I'm critical of Rafa but whilst the Yanks are in charge there's no way I'd call for his head. As far as I'm concerned the Yanks can f**k off. Horrible pr!cks.

Im critical of both sides in this spat, but my support can only lie with the portly spaniard.

me too on all counts. would've been tougher to side with rafa if the owners had been in talks with someone like hiddinck but as it stands i'll stick with rafa above the ****wits.

The yanks are dumb ****s. At a time when a lot of fans started questioning and doubting Rafa's ways, these two clowns have come out and said and done things that have served only to rally the fans behind Rafa and against them. If their intention was to make it easier for them to remove Rafa it's backfired spectacularly.

Hopefully we can get these ****s out the door and start reclaiming our club. We're rapidly becoming a laughing stock under these two.

Agreed. Rafa is now more popular with the fans then he ever was.

Not sure about this. There are still those who would have him replaced.

I would have him replaced, but only after a change of ownership.
