I'm sure he has, saw him once on LFC tv. Only thing of note he did was hit a Riise special, ie over the stands and far away. Looking forward to seeing more of him in the future though, has a massive reputation. Does seem very small and slight though, but I guerss he is only 16.

I tell you what, they repeated the reserve game v Boro a few days ago, and that Spearing looks useful

I'm surprised he hasn't been loaned out to be honest. He seems to be a good all round player but unless he gets competive football with a smaller club I think he will struggle to break through.

He has, yeah. Came on as sub to make his debut and I think he's played a couple of times since.

He was also an unused sub in the reserves' win at Man City. Incidentally Pacheco came on in that game and instantly looked outstanding.

Pacheco for me has looked small and light weight, can't remember anything special about Bruna. But they are relatively new, young and are settling in. The back end of this reserve season and probably next season will be better for them.

Spearing has looked good in the reserves, similar to Mellor the Alan Shearer of the team , never had the pace to make, Spearing doesn't have the size, i'd be surprised if he made it at LFC.

Yep. I think partly due to his size he will need to prove to Rafa and the coaching staff he can handle the physicality of the league.

I think we should probably look to loan out a good number of our current reserve/fringe players like Hobbs, Spearing, Leto and El Zhar as they are at an age and stage of development where reserve games will teach them little and all but Leto have been here long enough now to understand what Rafa would want of them in his systems.

Certainly Hobbs needs to be one of the first ones to go out on loan and get some first team football under his belt, especially as he is now further down the pecking order with Skrtel coming in.

Pachecho is already playing for our reserves, he played his first game for them in a reserve team friendly. I don't think he played that many games for our youth team.

Pachecho and Nemeth will probably save us millions.

Ive been pretty impressed with the young french lad, Plessis, looks a tidy player! Leto seems to stand out in most games ive seen!

That Damien Plessis looks a very good player, I think if anyone will come through in the next few years it will be this lad, him and probably Hobbs.

He's so composed on the ball, he's a great passer, very rarely loses the ball and he shows a lot of maturity on the pitch for a young lad. He's going to be a class act. I'm quite suprised not more Liverpool fans have commented on him tbh.

If anyone hasn't seen him play before they should watch a few of the reserve games.
