He WILL go at some point in the not too distant future of that I am sure, but I will not feel he let us down (even though I should) I will feel more that we let him down.

I think he is the first player ive ever said that about.
    Can't let this go sorry.

    We've let him down? WTF?

He's played right up front on occasions this season and been absolutely woeful.

Yeah he works hard, but his first touch, for a player who play's for his national side, is nothing short of woeful.

He's a bit like Cisse in a way, great as a big fish in small pond, but get's found out in the ocean that is the premier league. Just look at Torres, he's a killer whale.
    I hate Polanski

what a load of ****e - Heskey spent more time on his arse than any player i've ever known, and suddenly started playing well when it was contract renewal time

Although i liked him Dirk is in a different league mate

He's always to wide, to deep or just to far away from the ball when it's in the 18 yard box.
        Think he's a bottler.

        I know that sounds harsh.

              Dirk Kuyt a bottler???!!!!!

I would call someone who calls for the managers head after a draw a bottler meself like.

How in the **** you can ever call dirk a bottler is just complete and utter ****e.

Although I've never rated him, I think his pen in the shoot-out against Chelsea, in the European Cup semi-final no less, demonstrates he's no bottler.

Not to mention the two against the Bitters.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Think he has been this season.

He'll run everywhere chasing the ball. No doubt about it.

But when it comes to getting into scoring positions he just stands there like a rabbit in headlights.

Yes I agree his confidence is shot, but then again he hasn't the ability to get it back. He's been found out.

ACID TEST: He goes up for sale. Who'd buy Dirk and for how much?
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.

                        Not talking about pens here.

It's in open play where he's really struggling. One this season which came off his shin.

Maybe it's tactical instructions, maybe it's confidence, but it certainly looks like a lack instinct perhaps willingness to put himself in these scoring positions.

So I think he's bottling it myself. Sorry.

He wouldnt know how to ****in stand there like a rabbit in the headlights.

He snatches at chances yes, because his confidence has completely gone, but he is no ****in bottler. Ive never heard such a bizarre thing said in my life

Can I ask what the **** it is you have aganst Kuyt? Has he ****ted you in a night club or something?

All season you have been on his case, even before games kick off. Even in topics nothing to do whatsoever with kuyt ive seen you manage to turn it into a pop at him.

The reason I ask is because there are many other players in the squad that have not done enough this season yet you hardly ever give them a mention. Why the constant obsession with just him?

I'm not talking about snatching at chances, all players do that from time to time.

I'm talking about him standing at the edge of the D when a cross comes in and not attacking it.

Maybe it's tactical instructions as I've said, but look at Torres, Gerrard even Crouch, they try and attck the ball crossed into the box, quite a few times this season Dirk has failed to do so.

Maybe his bottling it is purely because of a lack of confidence. Who knows?

I don't think he's as bad as he's howing right now, last season proves that, but he's not up to it, and I'm sorry Paul but we haven't failed him mate, not even close.
