    I really think this circus has been going on too long now, and is transmitting itself on to the pitch. We need these issues to resolve themselves asap so we can get back to focussing on football. The speculation has been affecting me in my job, I was on the floor last week, really worried about what was happening to our club. I don't think it's a stretch to say it could be affecting the players in the same way, and they're much closer to it than us.

        I agree. SG is not a great captain imo - Carra should be captain - is vocal, plays above himself and is diplomatic. He is much more of a leader than SG I think.
